Vol. 20, No. 2, 2019
El Comité Editorial de Divulgaciones Matemáticas se complace en presentar el Vol. 20, No. 2, 2019. Los artículos contenidos en el presente número fueron recibidos en el segundo semestre del año 2019 que fueron evaluados y aceptados para su publicación, antes de la edición del presente número.
Es importante resaltar que el presente número de la revista solo muestra (5) artículos en la sección de Artículos de Investigación y un manuscrito con la solución de tres (3) problemas presentados en la sección de Problemas y Soluciones, y presentando un nuevo problema para resolver propuesto en la 34ª Olimpiada Iberoamericana celebrada en Guanajuato, México, en septiembre del 2019.
El trabajo editorial relacionado con este número es el resultado de mucho esfuerzo de algunos miembros del Departamento de Matemática de la Facultad Experimental de Ciencias. Los Editores queremos expresar nuestro agradecimiento a todos aquellos que hicieron posible este número: a los autores de los trabajos que se presentan, que dieron su voto de confianza a la revista; a los árbitros que evaluaron los artículos, cuya labor desinteresada permitió satisfacer los estándares de calidad de la revista y mejorar sensiblemente la forma de los trabajos; al equipo editorial de Divulgaciones Matemáticas; y en especial al Prof. José Heber Nieto por su aporte para la sección de Problemas y Soluciones. A todos, mil gracias.
A partir de este Vol. 20 (incluyendo el No. 1, 2019) la revista Divulgaciones Matemáticas pasa a estar en el portal de Revistas Científicas y Humanísticas de la Universidad del Zulia (ReviCyHLUZ) cuyo sitio web oficial es: produccioncientificaluz.org. Ahora los artículos estarán identificados con el membrete del Sistema de Servicios Bibliotecarios y de Información de LUZ (SERBILUZ). Por tanto, la revista tendrá dos páginas web de uso oficial: divmat.demat-fecluz.org y produccioncientificaluz.org, donde serán publicados los artículos y se podrán descargar de forma gratuita. Todo esto con la finalidad de darle más expansión y reconocimiento a la revista.
Por último, el Comité Editorial de Divulgaciones Matemáticas pide disculpas a los autores de los artículos aquí publicados por los inconvenientes causados por la tardanza en la edición de este número, les agradecemos su espera. Además, invitamos a la comunidad matemática venezolana e internacional a seguir dándonos su voto de confianza sometiendo sus trabajos en la revista para evaluación y posible publicación.

The Editorial Board of Divulgaciones Matemáticas is pleased to present the Vol. 20 , No. 2 , 2019 . The articles contained in this issue are those received during the second semester of the year 2019 , wich ones were evaluated and accepted for publication, before the edition of this issue.
It is important to stand out that the present issue of the journal shows (5) five articles on the section of Research Papers and one manuscripts with the solution of three (3) problems presented in the section of Problems and Solutions and presenting a new problem to solve propoused on the 34 a Olimpiada Iberoamericana celebrated in Guanajuato, Mexico, on september 2019.
The editorial work related to this issue is the result of the efforts of some members of the Department of Mathematics of the Experimental Faculty of Sciences. The Editors want to express their gratitude to all of those who made this issue possible: to the authors of the presented works, who gave their vote of confidence to the journal; to the referees, who evaluated the articles with selfiess work, guaranteeing the quality standards of the journal and significantly improvingthe way of working; to the editorial team of Divulgaciones Matemáticas; and especially to Professor José Heber Nieto, for his contribution to the Problems and Solutions section. To all of them, thanks a lot.
From this Vol. 20 (including the No. 1, 2019) the journal Divulgaciones Matemáticas is goin to be in the portal of Revistas Científicas y Humanísticas de la Universidad del Zulia (ReviCyHLUZ) wich o.cial webpage is: produccioncientificaluz.org . Now the articles will be identify with the letterhead of Sistema de Servicios Bibliotecarios y de Información de LUZ (SERBILUZ). Furthermore, the journal will have two oficial webpages: divmat.demat-fecluz.org and produccioncientificaluz.org , where will be published the articles y it will may download in a free way. All these with the purpose to give more expantion and recognition to the journal.
